This is the finished poster.
I met with the people from d4d maybe 2 or 3 times during the process of designing the approved poster. They were invested in it. When I had to radically change it, I hedged my bets and only printed the second color on about 50 of the 250 I set out to print. I figured that if it went over well I could print more. They never asked for more.
